我厂有一批如图所示的薄片工件需磨削两平面。两平面的平面度和平行度要求很高,用常规加工方法很难达到图纸要求。原因是此薄片工件淬火后变形很大,即使在平磨前,采用一系列措施,也很难达到图纸的要求,废品率很高。经实践分析,我们摸索到一种比较理想的加工方法,具体如下: 首先把淬完火的薄片工件反复调平,将变形程度降到最低点,然后放到一块磨平的平板上,用环氧树脂胶粘住。在常温下,薄片工件不受外力作用,24h后环氧树脂胶固化,使工件始终保持原形状态,再拿到平磨上磨削,使之成为基准面。然后,平板加热到60℃左右,保温一段时间,取下薄片工件。此后,就可以用基准
