随着我国经济发展步入新常态,在交通运输体系建设过程中,交通运输企业进一步优化结构、提高效率、降低成本、控制风险,已成为我们去值得深入探索和研究的课题。本文选择黑龙江省唯一一家高速公路上市企业“龙江交通”为例,从“立足交通、多元发展”战略的实施背景展开研究,明确了实施多元化发展的内涵,从六个方面探索企业实施多元化发展战略的主要做法,包括:积极制定多元化发展战略;整合资源,充分发挥资源优势;挖掘潜能;夯实发展战略基础;优胜劣汰,优化子公司资源配置;加强管控,防范多元化经营风险;经营人才,为战略实施提供人才保证。多元化发展战略实施以来,取得了良好的效果。本文旨在将该管理创新经营成果供同类企业提供有益借鉴,并予以推广。
