作为“喉舌”的新闻媒体一直以宣传工具的形象而被动存在着，而以维护社会良知、坚守正义为准则、致力于新闻职业化进程的新闻媒体却一直在无法可依的夹缝中畸长着。记者被打，来访被抵制，记者到底有没有职业性质的舆论监督权不明不白。到底是“舆论监督”，还是“监督舆论”
