在对幼儿实施教育的过程中,教师和儿童建立一种平等交流的和谐关系,不仅有助于儿童的健康成长,还有利于儿童健全人格和良好品性的塑造,此外,教师和儿童之间的平等交流也可以有效的调动儿童的学习积极性,从而促进儿童智力的开发以及各方面能力的培养。本文从幼儿园教育的实际情况出发,浅谈了几点平等交流在幼儿教育中的重要性。
