2006年是走进“十一五”的开局之年,也是走向广东全面建设小康社会的关键时期,建设“和谐广东”、“绿色广东”的头一年。为配合广东省委、省政府建设“绿色广东”的战略决策,本期特在广东省第十届人民代表大会第四次会议期间,推出“广东环保回顾与展望”特刊,主要是展示“十五”期间各地在环保工作方面取得的成绩,并为“十一五”的环保事业做些基础性工作。
