从供应链角度协调电煤关系是煤电关系协调的新视角,通过回顾以往的文献,明确界定了电煤的含义,分析了电煤供应链的特点、结构,总结了电煤供应链的协调要素及协调目标,之后分析了电煤供应链协调存在的问题,并重点对协调中存在的不确定因素进行了分析,最后从宏观层面和微观层面提出了电煤供应链协调的策略。
Coordinating the relationship between coal and electricity from the perspective of supply chain is a new perspective for the coordination between coal and electricity. By reviewing the previous literature, the definition of coal is clearly defined. The characteristics and structure of the coal supply chain are analyzed. The coordination of coal supply chain is summarized Elements and coordination objectives of the coal supply chain, and then analyzes the existing problems in the coordination of the coal supply chain. The emphasis is put on the analysis of the uncertain factors existing in the coordination. Finally, the strategy of coal supply chain coordination is proposed at the macro and micro levels.
