刻板威胁是当个体处于证实对他们所属群体消极刻板印象风险中体验到的不舒服的感受。刻板威胁效应存在于日常环境中,它没有特定的发生群体,且存在大量潜在中介变量和调节变量。过多注意集中在自动化的加工活动中及与刻板威胁的自我关联是刻板威胁发生的原因。通过设置第二项任务和改变个体贬损的归因方式可有效地降低刻板威胁效应,未来国内学者可应用这些研究结果提高学困生的学业成绩。
The stereotypical threat is when the individual is experiencing an uncomfortable experience of the negative stereotype of their group. The stereotyped threat effect exists in the daily environment, it does not have a specific occurrence group, and there are a large number of potential intermediary variables and regulatory variables. Too much attention to the self-association that focuses on automated processing activities and is associated with stereotypical threats is a cause of stereotypical threats. By setting the second task and changing the attributional mode of individual derogatory, the stereotyped threat effect can be effectively reduced. In the future, domestic scholars can apply these findings to improve their academic performance.
