目的观察常规疗法加三子养亲汤化裁治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法选择老年慢性心力衰竭患者56例,分为常规治疗加三子养亲汤化裁组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。疗程为2 W,治疗前后均观察患者症状及检测血压、心脏B超。结果两组患者用药2 W后,症状及心脏B超左室射血分数(LVEF)、E/A值及血压、心率均有所改善,治疗组总有效率96.42%,对照组总有效率82.14%。两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)结论常规治疗合并三子养亲汤加减治疗老年慢性心力衰竭取得较好疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of conventional therapy plus three sons in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure. Methods Fifty-six patients with senile chronic heart failure were selected and divided into three groups: conventional treatment plus three-sons-raising-Tangcaoci group (treatment group) and conventional treatment group (control group). Treatment for 2 W, before and after treatment were observed in patients with symptoms and blood pressure, heart B ultrasound. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the symptoms and heart LVEF, E / A, blood pressure and heart rate were improved in both groups. The total effective rate was 96.42% in the treatment group and 82.14% in the control group %. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05) .Conclusion Conventional treatment combined with Sanzi Yang-Qin Decoction in elderly patients with chronic heart failure achieved good results.
