本实验采用放射免疫方法,测定了醋酸氢化可的松所致的肾阳虚大鼠模型动物胸腺和脾脏的cAMP和cGMP含量,发现其变化趋势基本一致:cAMP降低,cGMP升高,以cAMP/cGMP比值降低更明显。使用肾气汤能明显改善阳虚的表现,并使上述环核苷酸的改变恢复至正常。本文认为,免疫器官环核苷酸的这种改变,是肾阳虚机体免疫功能异常的重要物质基础,肾气汤也能通过环核苷酸发挥其治疗作用。
In this experiment, radioimmunoassay was used to determine cAMP and cGMP levels in thymus and spleen of rats with kidney-yang deficiency caused by hydrocortisone acetate. The changes were found to be consistent: cAMP decreased, cGMP increased, and cAMP/ The decrease in the cGMP ratio is more pronounced. The use of Shen Qi Tang can significantly improve the performance of Yang Deficiency and restore the above cyclic nucleotide changes to normal. This article believes that this change in the cyclic nucleotides of immune organs is an important material basis for abnormal immune function in Kidney-Yang, and Shenqi Decoction can also exert its therapeutic effects through cyclic nucleotides.
