上海计算技术研究所研制的“海洋水文潮流应用软件”是“七五”国家重点科技攻关项目,已通过了机电部0500系列计算机软件中心主持的鉴定。该课题解决了海洋科学、海洋工程、海洋环境与规划设计等有关问题,为海洋、近海、河口地区潮流的研究提供了分析、计算的有效工具。过去流行的潮流分析算法软件存在不少局限性,其主要原因是仅固定几个分潮,限制条件较多,用户不能按实际观测资料,不能按该海区的潮汐特性来选取、调整不同组合形
The “Ocean Hydrological Trend Application Software” developed by the Institute of Computing Technology in Shanghai is a national key scientific and technological project under the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” and has passed the appraisal conducted by the Computer Software Center of the Ministry of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering 0500 series. This project solves some problems related to marine science, marine engineering, marine environment and planning and design, and provides an effective tool for analyzing and calculating the trend of ocean, offshore and estuary areas. The popular trend analysis algorithm software has many limitations, mainly due to the fixed number of momentary moisture, the more restrictive conditions, the user can not according to the actual observation data, can not be selected according to the tidal characteristics of the sea, adjust the different combinations
