由于种种原因,在我们的英语教学过程中,普遍地存在两极分化现象。如何采取有效策略,帮助后进生加快前进的步伐,提高学习效率,尽可能缩小差距,一直是困扰在我心头的难题。我们不能放弃每一位后进生,如何做好后进生的转变工作,需要我们在工作中不断地探索方法,总结经验,但当前首先要转变旧观念,我们应以新的理念,新的态度,新的思维去认识学生。学生的智力水平不同,兴趣爱好各异,强行转化后进生完全忽视了学生的个性差异。既然不能强行转化后进生,我们就要因势利导,采用科学的方法来调动这类学生的学习积极性,从而做好后进生的转化工作。我将从以下几方面做好这项工作:首先,应该帮助他们树立信心
Due to various reasons, there is a general polarization in our teaching of English.
