采用三氯化铁缝隙腐蚀试验方法,研究了表面超音速火焰喷涂59.2%Cr-40%Mo-0.8%RE复合粉末对奥氏体不锈钢10Cr18Ni12和铁素体不锈钢10Cr17的耐缝隙腐蚀性能影响。结果表明:表面超音速火焰喷涂不仅能显著提高奥氏体不锈钢和铁素体不锈钢的耐缝隙腐蚀性能,使其72 h缝隙腐蚀后平均腐蚀速率分别下降81.68%和77.02%;还有益于提高不锈钢在更高温度下的耐缝隙腐蚀性能。
The effect of surface supersonic flame spraying of 59.2% Cr-40% Mo-0.8% RE composite powder on the crevice corrosion resistance of 10Cr18Ni12 austenitic stainless steel and 10Cr17 ferritic stainless steel was studied by crevice corrosion test of ferric chloride. The results show that the surface supersonic flame spraying can not only significantly improve the crevice corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel and ferritic stainless steel, but also decrease the average corrosion rate by 81.68% and 77.02% after crevice corrosion for 72 h respectively.
