当全国房地产业的滚滚热浪漫延到西安的时候,西安的房地产业启动了。张雁华到了一家房地产公司,这使她对房地产业有了更深的了解和更理性的认识。当她看到好多客户看了一套又一套房却不满意,有的客户拿着辛苦攒了好多年的钱面对昂贵的房价却只能“望房兴叹”时,她的心又动了。她想如果自己成立一个房地产中介公司,凭着自己对房地产业的熟悉程度,不但能为客户排忧解难,说不定能干成大事呢。
