气膜钢筋混凝土穹顶结构是一种采用新型工艺的曲面薄壳穹顶结构,以聚氨酯加强后的充气膜为模板进行钢筋混凝土施工.介绍了采用该工艺建造的直径7.5m,高6m的球形仓模型的施工流程以及聚氨酯施工中球形仓变形的监测方案,并用有限元软件STCAD对该变形进行数值模拟计算.结果表明,实测数据与分析结果规律性一致,聚氨酯施工对球形仓变形的影响较小,但在变形分析中需考虑聚氨酯刚度的影响.
