在高频超视距后向散射雷达的有效运转中,实时频率管理是一个必不可少的部分。在澳大利亚金达利高频超视距后向散射雷达计划这一实例中,已为此目的研制出一个综合频率管理系统。该频率管理系统包括电离层后向散射、垂直和倾斜入射探测和高频频谱监视等分系统,并装有一部低功率后向散射雷达。该系统能向主雷达提供实时频率管理意见,并获取脱机分析用的天气资料。本文叙述各个分系统的硬件体系结构、信号处理方案以及采样数据。然后,叙述环境数据的处理,以便向主雷达提供频率管理的意见。
Real-time frequency management is an essential part of the effective operation of high-frequency over-the-horizon backscatter radar. In the example of the Jindal high-frequency backscatter radar project in Australia, an integrated frequency management system has been developed for this purpose. The frequency management system includes ionospheric backscatter, vertical and oblique incidence detection and high-frequency spectral monitoring systems and a low power backscatter radar. The system provides real-time frequency management advice to the primary radar and weather data for offline analysis. This article describes the hardware architecture of each subsystem, signal processing solutions, and sample data. Then, the processing of the environmental data is described in order to provide the main radar with the opinion of frequency management.
