复方苍耳油乳剂系用苍耳子、换香树子、辛荑、野菊花四味中草药组方。换香树子是我区主产的草药,民间治鼻窦炎有效。四药按一定比例,分别洗净,粉碎成粗粒。辛荑、野菊花用蒸馏法提取挥发油:苍耳与换香树子用酒精回流提取、过滤、浓缩,浓缩物再用无水乙醇精提,回收乙醇后得油状液体。两油混合后呈咖啡色,加入适量蒸馏水即成乳剂(含提取物约0.45%)。我们作了该药的毒性与抗炎等实验。兹报告如下。
Compound Xanthium oil emulsion is made from Chinese herbs with cocklebur, scented tree, Xinjing and wild chrysanthemum. The incense tree is the main herb produced in our district and it is effective for folk sinusitis. The four drugs were washed in a certain proportion and were crushed into coarse particles. Xinjing and wild chrysanthemum extract volatile oil by distillation: Xanthium sinensis and sweet-smelling trees are extracted with alcohol, filtered and concentrated, and the concentrate is refined with absolute ethanol, and ethanol is recovered to obtain oily liquid. The two oils are brown after mixing, and appropriate amount of distilled water is added to form the emulsion (containing about 0.45% of the extract). We made experiments on the toxicity and anti-inflammation of the drug. This is reported below.
