目的研究基层医院护理人员产生心理挫折的原因和调整方法。方法对基层医院护理人员产生心理挫折的原因进行分析,并根据原因提出有针对性的调整方法。结果基层医院护理人员产生心理挫折的原因有:社会因素、工作环境、家庭环境以及护理人员的自身原因,认为提高护理人员的社会地位、不断改善工作环境、建立健全护理岗位制度、帮助护士实现自我价值、积极调整自己的心态等措施能够有效化解护理人员的心理挫折,保证护理人员以饱满的工作热情和良好的心态投入到临床工作当中,能有效提高护理质量。结论基层医院护士的心理挫折可由多种原因产生,医院应积极采取针对性措施,消除不安定因素,以稳定护理队伍;护士也要调整好心态,认真履行救死扶伤、保护生命、防止疾病及减轻痛苦的专业职责,以促进护理质量的提高。
Objective To study the causes and adjustment methods of psychological frustration among nursing staff in primary hospitals. Methods The causes of psychological setbacks of nursing staffs in primary hospitals were analyzed, and the corresponding adjustment methods were put forward according to the reasons. Results The causes of psychological setbacks for nursing staffs in primary hospitals are: social factors, working environment, family environment and nursing staff’s own reasons. They think that improving the social status of nursing staff, improving working environment, establishing and improving nursing position system and helping nurses to realize themselves Value, and actively adjust their mentality and other measures can effectively resolve the psychological setbacks nurses, nurses to ensure full enthusiasm and good attitude into the clinical work which can effectively improve the quality of care. Conclusions The psychological setbacks of nurses in primary hospitals may be caused by many reasons. The hospital should take targeted measures to eliminate the unstable factors to stabilize the nursing team. The nurses should also adjust their attitudes and seriously carry out life-saving and rescue measures to prevent and cure diseases and alleviate suffering The professional responsibility to promote the improvement of nursing quality.
