研究了红芪总皂甙 (Radix H edysari total saponins,RHTS)对小鼠的免疫增强作用以及免疫细胞的功能与其胞内钙调素 (Ca M)水平的相关性 .实验结果表明 RHTS能显著提高被环磷酰胺抑制的机体免疫功能 .与环磷酰胺组相比 ,RHTS组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数均显著增加 (P <0 .0 5) ;腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ)的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数显著升高 (P <0 .0 5) ;红细胞的免疫粘附作用明显改善 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;胸腺细胞、红细胞和 MΦ等细胞内 Ca M水平和这些细胞的免疫功能有显著相关性 ,提示 Ca2 + - Ca M信号系统可能在免疫细胞活化过程中起重要作用 .
