我国当前宏观调控法律存在诸多不足,本文从完善宏观调控法律体系的角度出发,分析了制定宏观调控基本法律的可能性与必要性,并提出关于立法构架的建议。
There are many deficiencies in the current macro-control law in our country. From the perspective of perfecting the legal system of macro-control, this article analyzes the possibility and necessity of formulating the basic law of macro-control and puts forward suggestions on the legislative framework.
