该文写在政策性金融债券市场化发行五周年之际,回顾了国家开发银行自市场化发行债券以来,牢固树立“用创新打造品牌,以双赢植根市场”的经营理念,并以此为出发点,顺应市场要求,积极开拓进取的发展历程。认为国开行五年来市场化发债的成功实践,不仅为银行间市场的发展作出贡献,同时也有力地支持了国家的基础性建设。
