加快发展海洋新兴产业是宁波作为海洋经济核心示范区发挥先行示范和龙头带动作用、实现海洋产业结构优化和经济发展方式转变的战略举措。本文在总结海洋新兴产业的共性特征的基础上,分析宁波海洋新兴产业发展面临的机遇、优势、困难与挑战,并针对宁波实际就进一步发展海洋新兴产业提出五个方面的对策和建议。
Accelerating the development of marine emerging industries is a strategic measure for Ningbo to exert its leading role in demonstrating and leading the development of the marine industrial structure and transforming its economic development mode as the core demonstration area of the marine economy. On the basis of summarizing the common features of marine emerging industries, this paper analyzes the opportunities, advantages, difficulties and challenges facing the development of marine emerging industries in Ningbo and puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions on the further development of marine emerging industries in Ningbo.
