食管癌术后发生下消化道出血的原因及部位难以明确,治疗困难,常合并各种并发症导致患者死亡。我科2007～2012年共有9例食管癌术后发生下消化道出血的患者,现总结其诊断、治疗的经验与教训。
Esophageal cancer occurred after the cause and location of lower gastrointestinal bleeding is difficult to clear, the treatment is difficult, often combined with various complications leading to death. Our department from 2007 to 2012, a total of 9 cases of esophageal cancer occurred in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, are summarized in the diagnosis and treatment experience and lessons learned.
