欧盟委员会制定关于日用香料管理建议的工作文件近日收到国际日用香料协会(IFRA)的信息,欧盟委员会制定了关于日用香料管理建议的工作文件,主要依据欧盟消费者安全科学委员会(SCCS)对日用香料致敏剂的评价意见(SCCS/1459/11),针对用于化妆品中使用的日用香料提出管理建议,并提出对欧盟化妆品法规(Regulation(EC)No1223/2009)附录的修订意见。文件建议禁用三种日用香料成分:新铃兰醛、苔黑醛和氯化苔黑醛,同时对80多种日用香料提出限制条件。预计下一步欧盟委员会将进行以下工
