近年来,对T细胞亚群的研究逐步深入,以T抑制细胞(T_s)的研究为甚。T_s对免疫耐受、自身免疫及抗原竞争等均起着重要作用,它涉及一系列与免疫系统直接相关的疾病。因此,通过对T_s的检测来探讨患病机体的免疫抑制功能状态,以阐明其发病机理并确定各种免疫调控疗法的原则,已为各国临床免疫学家所重视。现将近年来有关人体T,检测的方法和原理简述如下。 T_s的调节机制可分为特异性与非特异性两种,两种机制之间存在一定的转化协同关系。对于特异性T_s的研究,目前仅限于实验动物或人外周血淋巴细胞的体外人工诱
In recent years, the study of T cell subsets has been gradually deepened, especially for the study of T suppressor cells (T_s).
