探讨药剂人员对临床合理用药知识掌握的意义,促进临床合理用药。方法:本文从临床不合理用药的原因和表现进行分析探讨,加强科学运用药剂学知识来指导临床上的合理用药。结果:给药途径改变,其疗效与正确用法密切相关。由于不断发展的新剂型,需要医务人员掌握药物剂型相关知识及相关信息,对药剂学知识重视,以达到正确的给药途径,促进临床合理用药。结论:在临床上积极开展以患者为中心的药学服务,规范合理用药过程中运用科学的药剂学知识。
To explore the significance of pharmacists to master clinical knowledge of rational use of drugs, to promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: This article analyzes and discusses the reasons and manifestations of clinical irrational drug use, and strengthens the scientific use of pharmacy knowledge to guide clinical rational drug use. Results: The route of administration changed, and its efficacy was closely related to the correct usage. Due to the continuous development of new dosage forms, medical personnel are required to know the relevant knowledge and relevant information of pharmaceutical dosage forms, attach importance to pharmacy knowledge, so as to achieve the correct drug delivery route and promote the rational use of drugs in clinical practice. Conclusion: In clinical practice, we actively carry out patient-centered pharmacy services and standardize the rational use of scientific pharmacy knowledge.
