目的 :评价以特素为主联合化疗治疗各种晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效及其毒副作用。方法 :回顾性小结以特素为主的联合化疗对晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效 ,特素每次剂量 135mg/m2 ,3h静脉输注 ,每 3周重复疗程 ,其中乳腺癌加阿霉素或诺维苯 ,肺癌加顺铂或卡铂 ,食道癌和鼻咽癌加顺铂、5 -FU ,睾丸癌加顺铂、长春花碱。结果 :本组 74例病人皆完成 2～ 6疗程 ,共完成 2 6 8个疗程的化疗 ;各种恶性肿瘤的总有效率为 6 0 .8% ,其中乳腺癌为 6 8.4% ,肺癌为 5 3.8% ,其他肿瘤为 5 0 .0 %。过去化疗失效的恶性肿瘤病人 ,接受以特素为主的化疗后仍有较好疗效。特素的主要毒副反应为白细胞减少 ,肌肉疼痛 ,肢麻及脱发 ,未见过敏反应及明显的心脏毒性。结论 :对过去化疗失效的恶性肿瘤患者 ,仍可用特素治疗。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of combination of chemotherapy with prednisone in the treatment of various advanced malignancies. Methods: To retrospectively summarize the clinical efficacy of combination chemotherapy with predominantly prednisone on advanced malignancies. The dosage of 135 mg / m 2 and 3 h intravenous infusion were repeated every 3 weeks. Among them, adriamycin or doxorubicin Vibenzol, lung cancer plus cisplatin or carboplatin, esophageal and nasopharyngeal cancer plus cisplatin, 5 -FU, testicular cancer plus cisplatin, vinblastine. Results: Totally 74 patients completed 2 ~ 6 courses of treatment and completed 268 courses of chemotherapy. The total effective rate of various malignant tumors was 60.8%, of which 6 8.4% for breast cancer and 5 for lung cancer 3.8%, other tumors were 50.0%. In the past, patients with malignant tumors who had failed chemotherapy had better efficacy after receiving chemotherapy-based prednisone. The main toxic side effects of leukopenia, muscle pain, numbness and hair loss, no allergic reactions and significant cardiotoxicity. Conclusion: For patients with malignant tumors who have failed chemotherapy in the past, they may still be treated with insulin.
