中国新一轮的改革,以及社会变革进程,只有主导改革者参与是不行的,更需要全社会的参与,尤其是爱国、敬业、诚信、友善的国民参与。倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善是社会主义国家公民层面的价值准则。党的十八大把这四个词作为社会主义国家公民应秉持的核心价值观提出来,显示出国家对普通公民高尚价值取向的关注。倡导爱国、敬业、诚信、友善是社会主义国家公民层面的价值准则,是一份珍视,更是一份期许。
The new round of reforms in China and the process of social change can not be achieved through the participation of the reformers. They require the participation of the whole society, especially the participation of patriotic, professional, honest and friendly citizens. Advocating patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness are the values of citizenship in socialist countries. The 18th CPC National Congress put these four words as the core values that the citizens of socialist countries should uphold. This shows that the state is concerned about the noble values of ordinary citizens. Advocacy of patriotism, dedication, honesty and friendliness are values of citizenship in socialist countries. It is a treasure and a promise.
