目的为了寻找降压作用明显而副作用又少的降眼压药物，对一些中草药进行了筛选。方法用药前先测兔眼压，然后用５０％莶草溶液按２．５ｇ／ｋｇ给家兔灌服。灌服３０分钟及１小时测眼压，以后每小时测一次，并与生理盐水及Ｄｉａｍｏｘ对照组比较。结果灌后３０分钟眼压开始下降，第３小时下降最明显。下降率为４２．４８％，维持时间达７小时。结论莶草降眼压作用明显，无副作用，可长期服用，是理想的内服型降眼压药。
Objective To find some antihypertensive drugs with obvious antihypertensive effects and few side effects. Some Chinese herbs were screened. Methods IOP measured before intraocular pressure, and then 50% Achnatherum solution at 2.5g / kg to rabbits fed. Iodine for 30 minutes and 1 hour measured intraocular pressure, measured once every hour, and compared with saline and Diamox control group. Results 30 minutes after IOP began to decline, the most obvious drop in the first 3 hours. The rate of descent was 42.48%, maintaining a time of 7 hours. Conclusion Anemarrhena asphodeloides has a good antihypertensive effect, no side effects and long-term use. It is an ideal oral intraocular hypotensive agent.
