根据丁胺卡那霉素为有旋光性物质的原理，采用旋光法测定了丁胺卡那霉素注射液含量，结果平均回收率为１００．１７％，变异系数为０．５４％。
According to the principle of amikacin as optically active substance, the content of amikacin was determined by polarimetry. The average recovery was 100.17% and the coefficient of variation was 0.54%.
