平顺性作为汽车舒适性的关键指标,在工程机械领域也越来越受到重视,但与汽车相比存在着指标及测试方法的差异性,难以直接移植。因此,本文从高空作业平台的实际工况入手,分别就平顺性输入点、评价指标、共振问题等方面进行研究。此外,从指标的测试角度入手,研究了高空作业平台平顺性的测试方法及测试工况等问题。文中提出的高空作业平台平顺性测试方法客观实用,在工程实践中成功应用。
As a key indicator of vehicle comfort, ride comfort is also gaining more and more attention in the field of construction machinery. However, compared with automobiles, there are differences in indicators and testing methods, making it difficult to transplant directly. Therefore, this paper starts with the actual working conditions of the aerial work platform, and studies the input points, evaluation indexes and resonance problems respectively. In addition, from the point of view of the index test, this paper studies the test methods and testing conditions of ride comfort of aerial work platforms. The method of ride comfort test of aerial work platform proposed in this article is objective and practical and has been successfully applied in engineering practice.
