患者 ,女 ,6 4岁。因右上腹发现一肿物 2 0天来院就医。查体 :右上腹肋缘下可触及一约 8 0ｃｍ× 6 .5ｃｍ× 5.6ｃｍ肿物 ,活动度可 ,基底部分界不清 ,无触痛。腋窝及锁骨上未扪及肿大淋巴结 ,腹部平软 ,肝、脾肋下未及 ,肝、肾区无叩痛 ,未叩出移动性浊音 ,肠鸣音正常。辅助
