目的:观察步长参仙升脉口服液治疗窦性心动过缓的疗效.方法:选取2015年1月至12月在我院接受治疗的100例窦性心动过缓患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例.对照组患者接受宁心宝胶囊2粒tid治疗,治疗组接受步长参仙升脉口服液治疗,20ml bid,两组患者均治疗4周后统计治疗效果.结果:与对照组相比,治疗组的疗效以及患者的心率均有显著提高(P＜0.05).结论:采用步长参仙升脉口服液可以有效窦性治疗心动过缓.“,”Objective:Analyzing the therapy efficacy of using Buchang Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid in the treatment of bradycardia.Methods:From January 2 015 to December in our hospital treated 100cases of sinus bradycardia patients were randomly divided into controlled group and treatment group,50patients in each group.The controlled group received Ningxinbao Capsule,2tid,the treatment group received Buchang Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid,20ml bid,two groups of patients were treated for 4weeks,the outcomes were with statistical analysis.Results:Compared with the controlled group,the efficacy and the patient's heart rate of the treatment group were significantly increased (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of using Buchang Shenxian Shengmai Oral Liquid can be effective for sinus bradycardia.
