The automatic observation system of agricultural meteorology has been popularized and applied in Xing’an League in Inner Mongolia, which indicates that the agricultural meteorological observation business of Xing’an League Meteorological Bureau is moving toward automation. “Automatic Meteorological Observation System” has been developed by China Meteorological Bureau Zhang Xuefen and its team since November 2009 on the basis of public welfare industry (meteorological) scientific research project, which focuses on agricultural meteorological observation from human observation to automated observation change. The project developed agricultural meteorological automatic observation equipment has been applied in Xing’an League area inspection for 2 years, this system to achieve Xingan League area maize, rice crop most of the developmental period, plant height, health
