香猪在药理学教学科研实验中的应用

为寻找新型实验大动物,报告用纯系香猪作药理学教学科研实验,包括香猪的捕捉固定、麻醉方法,不同给药途径对药物作用的影响,有机磷农药实验,传出神经系统药物对血压的影响实验,利血平耗竭递质的实验,利尿药实验,利胆药实验等。作者认为香猪对各系统药物反应灵敏,重复性好,对实验反应均衡,数据可靠,对实验损伤耐受性强,值得推广应用。

In order to find new experimental animals, we reported the use of pure boar pigs for pharmacological teaching experiments, including the capture and fixation of anesthetized pigs, the effects of different routes of administration on the effects of drugs, organophosphorus pesticide experiments, and neurological drugs The effect of blood pressure on the experiment, reserpine depletion of the test of the transmitter, diuretic experiments, gallbladder drug experiments. The authors believe that the pigs are sensitive to various system drugs, have good repeatability, have a balanced response to the experiment, have reliable data, and are well tolerant of experimental damage, and are worthy of popularization and application.
