从2007年起,我县通过委托国税部门按2%全额代收工会经费后,基层工会留成经费有了保障。如何管好、用好留成经费,规范基层工会财务管理工作,更好地服务基层、服务职工。为此,针对我县工会财务管理工作实际,设想建立县级工会会计核算服务中心,使县级工会真正投入到“面对面、心贴心、实打实服务职工在基层”活动中去。一、当前我县基层工会财务现状及存在的问题1.基层工会财务工作没有得到足够重视。部分基层单位领导对工会财务工作缺乏正确认识,对工会工作不够重视和支持,有的认为工会财务简单,可以由单位行政财务代管,有的将资金实行
Since 2007, the county government commissioned by the tax department at 2% full collection of trade union funds, grass-roots labor unions have retained funding guaranteed. How to manage and make good use of the remaining funds to standardize the financial management of grassroots trade unions and better serve the grassroots and service workers.
