1基本情况1．1前期工程情况唐白河干流防洪治理一期重点工程是南阳市重点工程项目之一,该项目从1996年开始筹划,通过规划、可行性研究、初步设计等阶段,于2004年4月由河南省水利厅以豫水计[2004] 36号文对初步设计进行了批复,批复该工程施工工期为22个月,总投资12258万元。主要工程内容为:唐河右岸加高加固堤防47．71km,护岸工程为12段长6．38km,重建涵闸15座,堤防锥探灌浆长度18．32km。1．2工程管理情况2004年11月,南阳市水利局成立了“南阳市唐白河干流防
1 Basic Information 1.1 Preliminary Project Status The key flood control project of the Tangbai River main stream is one of the key projects in Nanyang City. The project started from 1996 and passed planning, feasibility study and preliminary design stage. In April, Henan Provincial Department of Water Resources approved the preliminary design with No. 36 [2004] of Yu Shui Ji [2004], and approved the construction period of 22 months with a total investment of 122.58 million yuan. The main contents of the project are as follows: 47.71km of reinforcing levee on the right bank of Tanghe River, 6.38km of 12 sections of revetment, 15 sluices of reconstruction and 18.32km of embankment cone drilling. 1.2 Project Management In November 2004, Nanyang City Water Resources Bureau set up a "Nanyang Tangbai mainstream defense
