实现宽裕型小康市重点是农村,只有百分之八十的村实现宽裕型小康,才有全市的宽裕型小康。迁安市努力加强基层组织建设,紧紧抓住提高农村两委班子成员素质这个核心,增强服务意识,提高村干部带领群众致富的真本领。从而推动小康建设持续、稳定、快速发展,为早日实现宽裕型小康市提供了坚实的组织保证。
