北京市在获得奥运会举办权之后,市委、市政府在2003年提出了建设国际化体育中心城市的城市发展目标。2006年在“十一五”发展规划中,将文化创意产业包括体育产业作为首都经济发展的重要战略目标。2007年作为筹备奥运会的决战之年,又针对后奥运经济的发展,正在抓紧制定《关于促进体育产业发展的若干意见》。这一系列举措,对贯彻落实科学发展观,保持首都经济又好又快发展,构建和谐社会,具有重大和深远的意义。发展体育产业已成为后奥运时期首都经济发展进入新阶段的必然选择。在5月25日由北京市发展和改革委员会联合北京市人民政府“2008”工程建设指挥部办公室、中国北京国际科技产业博览会组委会办公室主办的“2007年奥运经济市场推介会”上,北京市体育局助理巡视员牟达维对北京市发展体育产业的政策措施作了介绍。
After obtaining the right to host the Olympic Games in Beijing, the municipal government put forward the urban development goal of building an international sports center city in 2003. In the “11th Five-Year Plan” for Development in 2006, cultural and creative industries, including the sports industry, will be regarded as an important strategic goal of the capital's economic development. As the year of the decisive battle in preparation for the Olympic Games in 2007 and the development of the post-Olympics economy in the future, we are pressing ahead with the formulation of “Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of Sports Industry.” This series of measures is of great and far-reaching significance for implementing the scientific concept of development, maintaining sound and rapid economic development in the capital, and building a harmonious society. The development of the sports industry has become the inevitable choice for the capital's economic development after the Olympic Games entering a new stage. On May 25, at the “2007 Olympic Economic Market Promotion Conference” hosted by the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission in conjunction with the “2008” Construction Headquarters Command Office of Beijing Municipal People's Government and the Office of the Organizing Committee of Beijing International Science and Technology Exposition, China, Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau assistant inspector Mu Dawei on the development of sports industry in Beijing's policy measures were introduced.
