硅、钛、钒对离心铸造双金属耐磨管耐磨层组织和性能的影响

以离心铸造技术应用和双金属耐磨层材料为依托,介绍了双金属耐磨管的离心铸造工艺;以Cr12高铬铸铁作为双金属耐磨管耐磨层基本材料,通过金相组织、冲击试验、硬度检测及动载磨损试验,研究了硅、钛、钒对高铬铸铁综合力学性能及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在一定添加范围内,这三种元素均能改善高铬铸铁的综合力学性能及耐磨性,其中钛的效果最显著。

Based on the application of centrifugal casting technology and bimetallic wear-resistant layer materials, the centrifugal casting process of bimetallic wear-resisting pipe was introduced. Cr12 high-chromium cast iron was taken as the basic material of wear-resisting layer of bimetallic wear-resisting pipe by means of microstructure and impact Test, hardness test and dynamic wear test. The effects of silicon, titanium and vanadium on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of high chromium cast iron were studied. The results show that in a certain range of addition, all three elements can improve the mechanical properties and wear resistance of high chromium cast iron, of which the most obvious effect of titanium.
