《内蒙古自治区森林管理条例(试行)》规定:“要根据群众的意愿和经营能力,将集体所有的宜林荒山荒地优先划给或承包给农牧民家庭种树种草,数量不限,长期经营,并由旗县(市)人民政府发给使用证”。按照这一规定,目前我区已将四千七百多万亩造林地划给或承包给农牧民家庭种树种草。但是,一些地区有的群众近期不准备绿化这些宜林
The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region’s Forest Management Regulations (Provisional) stipulates: “According to the wishes of the masses and the management ability, the collectively-owned barren hills and wastelands should be given priority to or contracted to the families of peasants and herdsmen, Operators, and by the county (city) People’s Government issued a certificate. ” According to this provision, at present, more than 47 million mu of afforestation land has been allocated or contracted to the families of peasants and herdsmen in our district for planting trees and grass. However, some people in some areas are not going to green the forests in the near future
