一、引言新时期下高中体育教师教学的改革研究,是高中体育课程改革的核心构成。在高中体育课程目标确定以后,体育教师需要认识高中体育教学过程,并以新的体育教学过程观为指导,去创建新的体育教学实践模式,以实现高中体育课程由理想向现实的转化。笔者认为高中体育教师应具有现代教学理念和较高的教学素养及丰富的教学经验,有相当广博的体育知识与健康理论知识和坚实体育技术技能,掌握现代教育技术,有较强科研能力和组织工作能力。对体育与健康课程的教学目的和要求有透彻的理解,能把握教学方向,能及时纠正在教学中
I. INTRODUCTION Under the new period, the reform of high school PE teachers’ teaching is the core constitution of high school PE curriculum reform.
