西部大开发是我国经济发展的大战略,是我国协调全国经济发展的基本方略,面对着我国东西部经济发展存在巨大差距的现状,党中央做出开发西部的大战略,是惠及整个西部乃至全国人民的重要措施。但是西部地区发展仍然面临着诸多阻碍,其中脆弱的生态环境如何保护就是西部地区发展最主要的阻碍之一。本文从立法完善的角度探讨如何保护西部地区的环境。
In the face of the huge gap in economic development between the eastern and western regions in China, the CPC Central Committee’s grand strategy for developing the western part of the country has benefited the entire western part of China and even the entire western region. The development of the western region is a major strategy for economic development in our country. It is the basic strategy for coordinating the economic development of our country. Important measures for the people throughout the country. However, the development of the western region still faces many obstacles. One of the major impediments to the development of the western region is how to protect the fragile ecological environment. This article discusses how to protect the environment in the western region from the perspective of legislation.
