多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)是在严重感染、创伤、病理产科、休克等多因素作用后,同时或序贯性地发生二个或二个以上远隔脏器功能衰竭的临床综合征。MODS发病急、进展快、病死率高,是目前危重病领域所面临的挑战。本研究对MODS死亡的高危因素进行回顾分析,为MODS的预防和治疗研究提供进一步的依据。
Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) is a clinical syndrome of two or more distant organ failure occurring simultaneously or sequentially after severe infection, trauma, pathology and obstetrics, shock and many other factors . MODS acute onset, rapid progress, high mortality is the challenge of the current critical areas. This study retrospectively analyzed the risk factors of death from MODS and provided further evidences for the prevention and treatment of MODS.
