尽管我国奉行和平发展的外交政策,但近年来随着我国经济、科技和军事的发展,一些国家对我主动发起舆论攻势的频率越来越高。针对这种态势,我们必须时刻做好舆情应对的准备。本文以美起诉我军官“网络窃密”为例,考察了该事件的舆情走向、探析了我国的应对策略、总结了相关的经验启示,为将来更加科学高效地开展舆论斗争提供了依据和参考。
In spite of our country pursuing a diplomatic policy of peaceful development, with the economic, technological and military development in our country in recent years, the frequency of the media campaign launched by some countries on my own initiative has been increasing. In response to this situation, we must always be prepared for public opinion. This article takes US prosecutors for my army officer “cyber theft ” as an example, examines the trend of public opinion of the incident, explores our countermeasures, sums up the relevant experience and enlightenment, provides the basis for more scientific and efficient public opinion struggle in the future and reference.
