为了解贫困山区 4~ 1 4岁儿童碘营养状况 ,对我省秦巴山区安康、柞水两县 831名 4~1 4岁儿童进行了调查 ,结果显示 :两地尿碘中位数为 586.7μg/L,明显高出国家碘消除标准推荐切点值 1 0 0 μg/L,其中大于 80 0 μg/L的尿样占 2 6.5% ,尿碘水平年龄性别差异不显著 ;两地血清 TSH、T3、T4 中位数均在实验室正常范围之内 ,TSH>1 0 μ IU/ml的血样占 5.6%。结果表明 :两地儿童碘营养状况良好 ,但存在高碘个体 ,建议在儿童补碘的过程中切勿滥服碘制剂 ,防止形成高碘性甲状腺损伤
In order to understand the iodine nutrition status of children aged 4 ~ 14 in impoverished mountainous areas, 831 4 ~ 14-year-old children from Ankang and Zhashui counties in Qinba Mountains of our province were investigated. The results showed that the urinary iodine median of the two places was 586.7 μg / L, which was significantly higher than the recommended cut-off value of 100 μg / L for iodine elimination standards in the country, of which urine samples larger than 80 0 μg / L accounted for 26.5%, and the urinary iodine level was not significantly different between sexes. Serum TSH , T3, T4 median are within the normal range of the laboratory, TSH> 1 0 μ IU / ml of blood samples accounted for 5.6%. The results showed that iodine nutrition was good in children in both places, but there were high iodine individuals. It is suggested that iodine should not be overused during iodine supplementation in children, so as to prevent iodine thyroid injury
