针对双辊薄带铸轧机的过程控制要求,设计并开发了一个多进程形式的过程控制系统平台。该平台包含多个进程,每个进程实现不同的功能,进程之间相对独立。这样的架构设计使平台具有良好的可伸缩性和稳定性。在平台开发过程中,使用自适配通信环境ACE实现进程及线程间的通信,大大降低了开发难度,缩短了开发周期。经过长时间测试,表明该系统平台运行稳定,能够满足在线控制要求。
Aimed at the process control requirements of twin roll strip casting and rolling mill, a multi-process process control system platform was designed and developed. The platform contains multiple processes, each process to achieve different functions, the process is relatively independent. This architecture design makes the platform has good scalability and stability. In the platform development process, the use of adaptive communication environment ACE process and thread communication, greatly reducing the difficulty of development and shorten the development cycle. After a long period of testing, it shows that the system platform is stable and able to meet the online control requirements.
