本文在分析了国内外染色自动控制的现状和发展趋势的基础上,首次将T-121半导体温度传感器用于染色温控场合,使测温精度达到了国外同类产品水平。本文研究的单片机染色过程控制系统采用模糊控制算法,用一组电磁阀作执行元件,实现了对染液温度的准连续调节。实验证明,本控制系统工作可拿,性能稳定,温控误差小于±1.0℃,能准确复现染色工艺温控曲线。
Based on the analysis of the status quo and development trend of automatic dyeing control at home and abroad, T-121 semiconductor temperature sensor is used for dyeing temperature control for the first time, so that the temperature measurement accuracy has reached the level of similar foreign products. In this paper, the research of SCM dyeing process control system using fuzzy control algorithm, a set of solenoid valve for the implementation of components, to achieve a quasi-continuous adjustment of the dye temperature. Experiments show that the control system can work, stable performance, temperature control error is less than ± 1.0 ℃, can accurately reproduce the dyeing process temperature control curve.
