为了改善SBR改性沥青性能及混合料的路用性能,通过改变传统物理搅拌的方式,采用掺入DTDM对丁苯橡胶进行交联的制备工艺。在不同SBR、DTDM掺量下进行改性沥青性能试验以及混合料高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性试验并进行对比分析。结果表明:SBR的掺入使沥青高温性能略有改善,低温性能改善明显,SBR掺入量不宜过大;DTMD的加入改变了SBR在沥青中的分布结构,改善了聚合物与沥青的相容性形成了交联网状结构,从而改善了改性沥青的弹性恢复及高温性能。
In order to improve the performance of SBR modified asphalt and the road performance of the mixture, the preparation process of cross-linking styrene butadiene rubber by using DTDM was changed by changing the way of traditional physical agitation. Under different SBR and DTDM dosage, the performance test of modified asphalt and high temperature stability, water stability and low temperature crack resistance of the mixture were carried out and compared. The results showed that: SBR incorporation slightly improved the high temperature performance of bitumen, low temperature performance improved significantly, SBR incorporation should not be too large; addition of DTMD changed the distribution of SBR in bitumen to improve the compatibility of polymer and bitumen The formation of a cross-linked network structure, thereby improving the elastic recovery of modified asphalt and high temperature performance.
