当前,以破“三铁”,转换内部经营机制为主旋律的企业改革正以迅猛之势向纵深发展。在这场改革中,职工的思想状况如何,是能否保证改革顺利进行的关键。为此,我们最近通过座谈会、千人问卷调查、民意测验等形式,先后对青州市化工二厂、青州市服装总厂、山东起重机厂等部分企业进行了调查。调查结果表明,广大职工积极支持改革,热切盼望改革,其热情之高,信心之足,决心之大,主人翁精神之强,都是空前的。许多职工既反映了一些实际问题,也提出了许多很好的建议。
At present, enterprise reforms that break the “three railways” and transform the internal management mechanism as the main melody are developing in depth with rapid momentum. In this reform, the ideological status of employees is the key to ensuring the smooth progress of the reform. To this end, we recently conducted investigations on some companies such as Qingzhou Chemical No. 2 Plant, Qingzhou City Garment Factory, and Shandong Crane Factory through forms such as seminars, questionnaires for thousands of people, and public opinion polls. The survey results show that the majority of employees actively support reforms and are eager for reforms. Their enthusiasm, confidence, determination, and strong sense of ownership are unprecedented. Many workers not only reflect some practical problems, but also put forward many good suggestions.
