本文研究了抗球虫化合物,Lasalocid对细胞培养内的非洲弓浆虫的活力,并与3种抗球虫药物Monensin、4-磺胺-3,6-二甲氧嘧啶(SDM)、Ormetoprim作了比较。当Lasalocid与虫体同时接种至细胞培养内在0.05微克/毫升浓度以上时,培养细胞内未见虫体,说明虫体的入侵完全被抑制;在0.05微克/毫升时,能部份抑制虫体入侵,完全抑制虫体繁殖。当虫体接种至细胞培养4小时后,再加入Lasalocid,浓度为0.05微克/毫升时,完全抑制虫体繁殖。当虫体接种至细胞培养前,先与Lasalocid进行培养,然后洗去游离药物,即使在0.5微克/毫升时,对细胞外虫体似无作用,虫体的入侵和繁殖
